Unusual and lovely 18K gold necklace made by Cartier in the 80s. it consists of a round cable-knit chain holding a twisted ovoid pendant enhanced with diamonds (approximately 0.15ct. G-VS).

A loop on the chain allows you to wear the necklace like a tie and adjust the length.
